This PhotoShop course is designed specifically for photographers. We will learn and discuss the tools and techniques a photographer uses every day.
PhotoShop is the industry standard when it comes to digital image manipulation and retouching. The program uses PhotoShop as it's foundation,
and altough there are other similar programs available we do not cover or discuss any of those programs in this course.

We will learn to color correct, lighten & darken, re-size, retouch (removing and camaflouging defects),
clip (take an element from one photo and put it in another photo), and create composite (layered) images.
The course is carefully divided into a few different lessons so that you can learn in a monitored "step by step" manner,
rather than being overwhelmed with information and getting confused. (most have done that already)

As you complete the lessons and assignments successfully you will move on to the next - assignments are to be emailed in with your "before and after"
versions of digital image files you used in your assignment. I will critique each assignment and offer suggestions for improvement if it's needed
...if not, we simply move on to the next lesson.
Part of the beauty of this program is that you learn this material at your own pace, not in a classroom or sitting next to another student.
It's just you and me seeing and working through each lesson. Some folks learn faster, some have better computer skills,
and some are more adept at handling digital files, but not everyone is equal, and no one learns at the same pace as the next.

So, take your time, learn the material right, do it over and over if you need to, that's what this PhotoShop Course is all about - learing it right
